Curry Turkey Burgers

This recipe from "Angels on Earth" is so yummy

We suggest you bake up some Flaky Refrigerated biscuits (you get them in the market’s refrigerator section near the butter) instead of hamburger buns. Then when you make the patties, make them more like really large meatballs. Cook them in cast iron skillets over the BBQ.   Make a sauce of Patak’s Vindaloo Curry Paste.  This is a concentrate for sauces and it has cumin and chile in it. Use 1 TBSP and 1 cup of mayonnaise for the secret sauce on the curry turkey burgers.  You can still put a slice of tomato and a leaf of lettuce on the burger.  It will melt into your mouth.
 
The recipe appeared in Angels on Earth  May/June 2011 Issue. We added the sauce and refrigerated biscuits and made the burgers taller and less wide.
